Events on Lake Garda
Last updated: 4 September 2026
GardaDay is an independent guide to what's on and what to do around Lake Garda, covering the towns of the Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino shores in Italian, English and German.
Events are gathered three ways:
We only use primary sources: a town, a tourism board, or the event's own organiser. We do not re-scrape other listing sites or aggregators. Weekly markets are generated from a hand-checked table of market days rather than listed one by one.
The attraction pages, town guides and theme guides are written by hand. Opening times and practical details are kept general on purpose, because they change; always check the official site before you go.
The event data is refreshed continuously and the scraper runs weekly. Past events drop out of the calendar automatically. The town, attraction and things-to-do pages are reviewed and updated through the year.
GardaDay is free and has no paywall. It is supported by a small amount of display advertising and by affiliate links on some tour and ticket pages. The events, town information, market days and practical guidance are never sponsored. The page "How GardaDay is funded" has the full picture.
The whole lake and the hinterland within roughly 10-15 km of the shore: 76 towns across Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino. Verona, Brescia and Mantua themselves are out of scope, as are trade-fair venues far from the lake.
