What GardaDay is

GardaDay is a free event discovery platform covering Lake Garda — Lombardy, Veneto, and Trentino shores, plus the surrounding hinterland. Event listings come from a mix of automated sources (municipal feeds), hand curation, and user submissions.

Accuracy of event information

We aggregate event details from many different sources, and we do our best to keep them accurate — but dates, times, prices, and whether an event is happening at all can change without notice, especially for information sourced from third parties. Always check with the event organizer or venue directly before making plans, especially for anything involving travel, tickets, or reservations. GardaDay isn't responsible for losses arising from relying on information that turned out to be outdated or incorrect.

Accounts

If you register an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and when submitting events.

User submissions

If you submit an event, a correction, or a cover image:

• You confirm you have the right to submit it (e.g. it's not copyrighted material you don't own the rights to use).
• You grant GardaDay the right to display it on the site.
• Submissions from unverified accounts go through a moderation queue before appearing publicly; we reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, including after it's been published.
• Please don't submit spam, false information, or content that's offensive, illegal, or infringes on someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

External links

GardaDay links to external sites — event organizers, tourism boards, local businesses. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Any external link should be treated as reflecting that third party's own information, not ours.

Intellectual property

The GardaDay name, logo, and site design belong to Roberto Salodini. Event descriptions and images sourced from municipalities or organizers remain the property of their original source; we display them for informational purposes as part of our aggregation service. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact us at roberto.salodini@gmail.com and we'll look into it promptly.

No warranty

GardaDay is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GardaDay and Roberto Salodini aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including missed events, incorrect information, or third-party links.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make a change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, where GardaDay is operated from.
