Parco Natura Viva
A wildlife park on the hills above Bussolengo, east of the lake: one part is driven through among savannah animals, the other walked among big cats, primates, reptiles and a trail on evolution. Active in the conservation and breeding of endangered species.

Open all year, with reduced hours in winter. Allow half a day to see both parts; the drive-through is done in your own vehicle. Reachable only by car. In summer it is best to arrive at opening, when the animals are more active and it is cooler.

Common questions
What is the Safari route and how do you do it?
It's the part of the park dedicated to African savannah animals, driven through in your own car at walking pace, following a signposted route.
How long does it take to see the whole park?
About half a day, between the drive-through Safari section and the walking area with big cats, primates and reptiles.
Can you reach it without a car?
It's designed to be reached by car, not least because the Safari route is driven in your own vehicle; without a car it's more complicated.
