A sanctuary set into a sheer rock face above the Adige valley, above Spiazzi di Caprino Veronese, on the slopes of Monte Baldo. It seems to hang in mid-air and has been a pilgrimage site for centuries.

Reach it by car to Spiazzi and then on foot in about twenty minutes downhill, or by shuttle; pilgrims walk up from Brentino on a trail of about an hour and a half. Entry to the sanctuary is free. Comfortable shoes recommended.

Can you reach the sanctuary by car?
By car you get to Spiazzi; from there to the sanctuary you continue on foot (about 20 minutes downhill, uphill on the way back) or by shuttle at busy times.
How much does the visit cost?
Entry to the sanctuary is free. It is still an active place of worship: respectful dress is expected.
