Events in Fumane – Lake Garda

Fumane lies in the heart of the Valpolicella, northwest of Verona, in the production zone for Amarone and Recioto wines. The Grotta di Fumane, with traces of both Neanderthal and early modern human occupation, is among the most important archaeological sites in Europe.

The 16th-century Villa della Torre, possibly designed by Sanmicheli, and the waterfall park at Molina, with its botanical museum, round out the area's attractions.
