Events in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella – Lake Garda

Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella lies in the western part of the Valpolicella, just north of Verona, in one of the production zones for Amarone and Valpolicella Classico wines. The area has long been tied to marble quarrying, still taught today at the Scuola del Marmo, founded in 1863.

The hamlet of San Giorgio, among Italy's "Most Beautiful Villages" with its Romanesque parish church, is the town's most striking destination.
