MAG Museo Alto Garda

The civic museum of the Alto Garda, housed in the Rocca of Riva del Garda, a water-ringed fortress in the centre of town. Collections of archaeology, local history and a picture gallery, with temporary exhibitions.

Open from March to early November, with reduced hours off-season; usually closed on Mondays out of season. It's in the heart of Riva del Garda, steps from the harbour and the beach. The visit takes about an hour and a half. The MAG also runs the museum gallery in Arco.
