Frecce Tricolori at Desenzano del Garda

Every year the AirShow del Garda brings the Italian Air Force aerobatic team, the Frecce Tricolori, to Desenzano del Garda, flying over the gulf in front of the promenade and the former seaplane base, alongside other military and historic aircraft.

It is usually held on the first weekend of September, with practice on the Saturday and the main display on the Sunday afternoon. The exact dates and programme change each year.

No ticket is needed: you watch from the promenade and the shore, which fill up several hours ahead. When this year's edition is on the calendar, it appears below with the date and time.
