Things to do in Manerba

Manerba stretches over a rocky headland in the Valtenesi, split between the lakeside village and the upper part dominated by the Rocca. From the top of the Rocca, perched above the water, the view spans much of Lake Garda; the waters below hide a rediscovered prehistoric pile-dwelling site, part of the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2011. A short way offshore rises the Isola di San Biagio, known locally as "Rabbit Island" for its small wild residents.
